The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I honestly felt bad for our server and our app was good. He seemed poorly trained, extremely overwhelmed, and like he was doing the best he could in a place that appears to be poorly managed. From the moment we walked in things felt chaotic.The hostess seemed overwhelmed and spent several minutes looking around and counting tables before even acknowledging us. Even a quick “Hi, I’ll be right with you” would have made a difference. Once seated, it took a long time just to be greeted, and about 30 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. Our appetizer came forever later. It was hot and tasted good, but the wait was ridiculous. We also had no napkins or silverware. At one point, we watched another table receive their pizza, start eating it, and then about five minutes later their server came back with the Parmesan grater. That pretty much summed up the entire experience..everything seemed disorganized and out of sequence. After being there for over an hour, we finally asked to just pay for our appetizer and drinks and leave as we were there well over an hour and we were hungry. Food Quality: Some people might enjoy their pizza this black and charred but that is not me. The rest of the pizza and the appetizers were fine, and at that moment I did not have enough time to request a remake. My partner and I ordered the exact same thing and his turned out perfectly fine. Service: we came in around 4pm on a Tuesday. It was clean. I acknowledge that our server was also working bar at the same time as serving us, however he did start to walk away in the middle of taking my order. Later it looked like he was ignoring us for quite a while as we were waiting to flag him down for the check. I'm sure not everyone has this experience, as my partner used to love this restaurant. I was very dissatisfied.

My wife and I went to Brixx for lunch this past Saturday after going to an early movie across the street. We were very surprised by how much larger the restaurant is on the inside from how it appeared on the outside. We both ordered a drink, had an appetizer, and 2 pizzas. We wanted some extra pizza to take home, hence the reason for 2 pizzas. The food was all good, although the pear slices on the Pear and Gorgonzola pizza were a bit larger than what we expected. Our waitress was very nice and available any time we needed her. We will definitely go back again.

We visited Brixx after seeing a movie across the street. The hostess was not the most personable, but that was not a deal breaker, as our server was very kind and responsive. We started with the bruschetta, which was excellent. We then ordered two pizzas, the Pear + Gorgonzola and the Sausage + Spicy Honey. Though the Pear + Gorgonzola was tasty, it had huge chunks of pear, which we found to be odd. One would think that the pizza would have thin slices; otherwise, it was good. Our table enjoyed the Sausage + Spicy Honey pizza most of all. On future visits we will try other pizzas, but will continue (without a doubt) to order the bruschetta.

Great Service, Great Location, and tons of indoor and outdoor seating. This place is located within Mayfaire Town Center, so you're within walking distance to the movie theater 🍿🎥, shopping 🛍️ and much more! As for the pizza 🍕, it was delicious. Fire cooked pizza, with a great flavor. All pizzas are personal size (11 inches), you could potentially share one with a spouse or loved one, but in my opinion it's good to order your own and take leftovers home. We got the 3-Trio Hummus Appetizer, it was good and had lots of flavor. I ordered the 4x4 (4 meat) pizza 🍕 and it tasted fresh and was delicious 😋 🤤. My wife got the Sausage and Spicy Honey and it was Sweet with a little spice to it, very good! I recommend this place, no complaints, staff was super friendly👋 and tons of seating was available. Total cost for one appetizer and two pizzas was $43 + Tip 💳.
